what about “MEN’S DAY” ?
Should we give the same to men?
any leave to section of people is not acceptable (weather it is men/women)
weather it is crismas, ramzan or dasara holiday is for all the people. not that particular community/section.
1) women’s day is celebrated not only by women, but also by feminist men too. Are we ready to give the CL to them also.
2) can run the business with partial work force.(if all women/men on casual leave)
we an put men’s day/women’s day on optional holiday list. so those who need it most can spare their one OH toward it.
its a good option to every one.
being of casual leaves, consequently we lost some general holidays. witch may change balance general holidays equation.
