I May be thankful to you for letting me know the process of promotion from ae to ade electrical..
AE to ADE promotion needs min service of 5years.
If any ADE posts become vacant or new posts get sanctioned ARRs will be called by MGMT & Exam will be conducted.
Seniority will be fixed as per Merit
Posts will be filled 4:1 basis b/w AEs & AAEs
apspdcl conducted limited recruitment exam but not merit list prepared
